I called streamline because of its cheaper price and its great reviews. From that first initial phone call I was promised two to three day delivery. The delivery turned into 10 days then two weeks.
The person that was hired to pick up my car had truck problems even before he picked up my car
and his truck ended up in the shop waiting for parts and my delivery was put on hold. After a few days waiting on parts that never came joanne from streamline should of got some one else.
When I started to complain joanne told me she could take the car back where she picked it up
and I could start over. REALLY!!!!!! There are not enough cuss words that describe how mad I was and still are. This has been an awful experience!!!! When you choose a carrier look at the
reviews but also try to get a promised delivery date it may cost you more but it is worth it. This was not a junker this was a 1966 mustang convertible. The people that buy these kind of cars have a real emotional attachment some people keep these cars for 30 years, sometimes until they die. Finally I did receive my car only to find out the car was outside in the rain when the trucker went to pick up my car!!!!!!!Joanne did really try when things got out of control but this should not been this much aggravation. I will not be using streamline again

anyone would like to get the other side of the story just call. This was a matter that was out of our control due to the truck in the repair shop! We also worked very hard to re dispatch as the car was picked up and on the truck. Mr. Brandt was kept updated and I have all the e-mails to prove our efforts to take care of his investment. He had his vehicle delivered in an enclosed carrier as a result of our efforts and the whole process within 2 weeks inspite of the difficulty! I do appreciate Mr. Brandt's take on the expierence as sometimes these things do take place and we all do our best to resolve matters in a professional way, even if it is in the end not appreciated as to the things we encountered. More people need to realize the details in the industry. I have a an article link on my web page to view and it would be worth it to take the time to click on.
