I do not recommend State By State due to poor communication from the company and increasing the contract price at time of pick up. They did not follow their own policy on the contract. They did not have a truck for the ship date we agreed upon. They did not cancel my order and processed my deposit AFTER I cancelled in writting (email) before they assigned a truck for transport of my car. They would not refund my deposit even though I found a different carrier. I was contacted by a driver the following day, I was able to cancel my other source without penalty and I did have very good experience with the driver sent BUT I was charged $100.00 more then my contract. STATE BY STATE ignored me and did not respond to my calls. I am happy with the driver, paid his fee and will never use State by State again. And neither should you!
