When I submitted a request online to ship my car from Texas to California I was contacted by Max Seymour at State by State transportation. Although his quote was higher than others I assumed I would be getting superior service and agreed to his proposal. Max told me my car would be picked up between 4 and 6PM on Jan 17. The person at the pick up location stayed there until midnight but no call from either Max or the driver. On the 18th I started emailing and texting and phoning but could not receive any response. It is now past noon on the 20th and still no response for any of my contact attempts to State by State Transportation. This has been such a waste of time and I DEFINATELY could not recommend this company under any circumstances.
