Great job State-By-State, a role model for other transport companies

I originally contracted with Universal Transport to have my truck moved from Fort Lewis Washington to Fort Benning Georgia, and after several un-returned phone calls, missed pick-up times, and several un-kept promises, I decided to contact another transport company, State-By-State Transporter. Miguel, there was amazing, my truck was picked-up the very next day and was delivered two days earlier than expected (on the 4th of July). The whole time I received several phone calls from both State-By-State and the carrier as to the progress. I will use again and recommend State-By-State Transport to anyone. To this day Universal Transport will not talk to me or return my calls, they owe me my $250.00 deposit.

State-By-State offered me a gift card to give them a five star rating, I am not interested in the card and would rate them the same with or without the card.
