We agreed on price and delivery the same day he contacted me, and I signed the contract on that same day. I especially liked the "echo sign" electronic contract software that State by State used. It made the legal aspects of the job easy, transparent and fast.
My personal vehicle was picked up on time (on a weekend) and delivered 1,900 miles away in 5 calendar days. The driver (Kevin) and I kept in contact throughout the trip even though my vehicle was one of many on his trailer. Kevin always answered the phone when I called.
My truck was the last delivery for the driver Kevin on this run. I knew exactly when my truck was to arrive and the driver arrived within a 5 minute window as to what he promised. I was very impressed with his promptness. My vehicle was in the same condition as when it was loaded and unloaded on the trailer. The unloading, bill of lading sign-off and final payment went as planned with no drama.
I would definitely use State by State Transporters again for my next vehicle move.
