I initially made reservations for the Lexus SUV to be picked up on Friday April 19 at Pompano Florida. Lou assured me that it would never be more than 1 week to retrieve the SUV. I was told I would be constantly updated on the order. I never received a call from SBS updating me on the progress. I began calling daily with no information being given.When my calls began getting unreturned, I asked my dealer for help. He said they lied to him and could not keep their stories straight. My dealer was told the SUV pick up date was April 25. I called SBS several times on April 25 then gave up. On Friday April 26, I flew to Florida, picked up the car and drove back. My cost for the flight and gas was $300. Far cheaper and more reliable than SBS. I would never use these lying crooks. I have reported them to the BBB and requested return of my deposit since they did not abide by their contract.
