I had a vehicle in Madison Wisconsin needing to be shipped to Dallas Texas no later then 1/1/13 .The salesman (David) told me that he had a driver sitting waiting just north of Madison .I told him that this car had to be picked up before the 1st. he promised that his driver would get it before the 1st. The date we spoke on was 12/27/12 . My car was still sitting on an expired meter ticket in Madison on 1/1/13. The car was then towed and enpounded by the city. So i tried to contact State by State. just to get my deposit back . They basically told me that their contract is bonding and it states that they have 10 days to pick it up so there's nothing that they could do.(Kelly) customer sales Rep. So i asked to talk to her supervisor. After 20 minutes she told me that he(Lance) was not in and she would let him know to call me.This conversation occured on 1/7/13 . He never returned my call. so i called them back today 1/9/13 and still haven't had the opportunity to talk to the false promising salesman or anyone else of authority or accountability for their actions or lack there of.Oh by the way you are better off renting a truck and trailer and making the drive yourself then to deal with this carrier.

In response to this review, the customer is not right about "lack of communication" its lack of a driver picking him up a day late. I personally, MAX, call him on the phone with the driver and we had an hour conversation with the driver on getting the vehicle out of the parking garage because the driver could not go into the garage and leave his trailer outside of the airport. Think about it, a driver walking all the way to a garage to pick up one car and risk getting a fine... Not going to happen. Well moving on.... yes we did take a deposit for setting up the transport and did not charge this guy a dry run fee to reserve that spot on the trailer. All he had to do was just tell his son to leave it at his friends house. Some customers are hard to please.
