I will start by saying that I was really happy with the timing and ease of using State by State. I was also very happy with the price intitally...I was quoted 550 which was great but when my car was delivered the company told me that state by state raised it to 600 as nobody wanted to ship it for 550. The extra 50 dollars didn't break the bank by any means but it is the prinicpal that I was not told of the extra 50 dollars which was not what we agreed in the contract putting me in an awkward position having to walk back to the bank upon delivery. I emailed state by state requesting that I be refunded the extra 50 and explained the situation but never heard from them. I think it is very disappointing as it is a simply matter of integrity. Even though I was happy with the timing and ease of state by state I wouldn't use them again based upon not sticking to the contact or notifying me of a price change. I would prefer to use a company which rewrites my contract and notifies me of any changes to the already agreed upon contract.
