Beware-Do not give this company a deposit

I signed a contract for $625 with a $100 deposit to this company three weeks prior to requested date car transport from New Hampshire to Florida. Constant contact with this company assured me everything was on scheduled including the night before pick-up(Because of their assurance , i made a airline reservations for three days after requested date. However there was no contact with any driver when my car was NOT going to be picked up for on requested date. (when I called the company, i was given the excuse that the driver needed to collect payment from a previous customer and as soon as this happened, the driver would call me for time for "pick-up". two days after insisting the driver would call me, I contacted Max Seymour, he stated that since he knew I had an airplane reservation, I had a choice either pay another $175 or pay the airline the cancellation and other fee-OR as contracted, I can wait up to two weeks (10 business days) and hope my car will be transferred) After agreeing to paying another $175, he found me a driver within 20 minutes.
It became obvious that this company had no intention of transferring my car within a reasonable time frame-and I feel they lied!

In response to this review, We initially quoted the customer $900 but she told us that she was receiving quotes at a much lower price so we told her that we can search for a driver at a cheaper price but she has to be more flexible on her pick-up dates. We've tried to accommodate the customer by giving her a fair notice before the initial set up of her order that we either pay the drivers what they want or go at the cheapest price possible. Well she chose to go at the cheapest price and it didnt work out. Next time she will think twice about going for the lower prices.
