As a Broker, State-By-State loses a degree of control when a carrier picks up the job. That said, Max and his staff responded immediately to my e-mails and phone calls. I found them to be honest, responsive and professional.

Consumers need to understand that this is a very fluid process - trucks break down, dealers haven't been paid and thus delay the release of a vehicle, thereby delaying the carrier, weather, detours, etc. If you expect the carrier to show up at a pre-appointed time you will most likely be disappointed.

The Broker can insure that the Carrier is licensed, insured and in good standing, but they cannot "make" them call the client or enforce schedules. Max and staff controlled what they could and kept me informed regarding what they couldn't.
