I signed a contract with "State by State" based on Migual's salesmanship.I had to pay $200. up front. Unfortunantly for me, all of the contact I had except for the initial quote and contract and the cancellation was via phone, so I can't prove what I say. Nontheless, I was flat out lied to on several occasions when I called asking about any progress on transporting my car. As a result I cancelled their service and contacted another broker. The new broker commented that the shipping amount "State by State" quoted me and offered the transport companies was so low that my car in all probability would never be transported. I am confident that "State by State" will give a believable rebuttal to this review by either outright lie or distorting the truth. They refuse to refund my deposit. My original review wes removed, because State by State said they have no record of me. So even though I gave this sites adminitrator proof my review was not put back. "Buyer Beware" and "You get what you pay for" certainly apply here.

If there was a way to post contracts up then the public will clearly see that you were in breach of contract. We sent two drivers out to the mutual customer and each occasion he did not pick up the phone but you cant please everyone in this industry when we tell each and every customer that we do not own the trucks. We strive on doing a great service for everyone. Sorry about the inconvenience
