My experience started off great with Kate. She seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything changed once it was time for my car to be picked up. I could barely get in touch with anyone, they went up on the price, and wouldn't return phone calls. There was no way I felt comfortable allowing scam artists to deliver my car without any strings attached so I had to request a refund of my deposit. My car is still not with me even though I set everything up one month ago.
