I ordered for transport of my vehicle 16 days back and paid you 150$ deposit.I did not receive it You said you would pick up the vehicle immediately and deliver it for 400$ and paid 150$ as deposit.It has been 16 days and you havent yet picked it up. I have been calling but you never answer. Now they call me and say you need to pay 500$ and the car will be delivered on thrusday or cancel the order and lose the deposit. I have been spending 80$ on taxi daily due to lack of my car. When I said this is not fair you hung up and sent me a cancellation email.
The representatives were very adamant , rude , used abusive language and hung up the phone. I called them back and they dont answer.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.
