Car Transport from MA to GA - Good service

Like many others, this is my first time I need to transport a car. My situation was a bit complicated as I was moving to Chicago from Boston but was giving my car to my brother in Atlanta GA. With so many variables, I was quite nervous about arranging the car transport.

I found this website online and saw SMS have a lot of good reviews and decided to go with it. I scheduled the pickup date to start on 8/7. Since the pickup window is 1-10 days, my car was picked up on 8/11, which was not too bad (only two days earlier than 8/13, the date I really wanted). The company that transported my car was JR's auto transport. Both JR and the driver John were upfront and willing to give me details. The estimated dropoff date was 8/14 evening. However, the truck broke down on its way down to GA, around Delaware. They couldn't get the parts for two days. At the end it was delivered on 8/16 afternoon. That wasn't too bad since my brother didn't need the car that badly. So it worked out for us.

Dee was my primary contact. She contacted me after I placed the order online. Like what others said, she was curteous, helpful and professional. She even volunteered to track the car for me since I would be busy moving myself. She was willing to discuss any questions I had and we spoke almost every day during that period. I felt assured the transport will turn out okay because of Dee, even after I knew the truck broke down.

Overall, the transport was as smooth as it could be. And SMS did provide good services. I'll use them again in the future.
