I am happy with my car transport. I was shipping my car from FL to CA, really a long way! Since it was my first time to use car transport service, I didn't know that most all the transporters need a about up to 1~2 weeks pick-up window, that is, the pick-up date usually can't be known when you place the order. So I started the move plan late. I started to quote arround only 1 week before the day I would leave FL. No car shipping company could guarantee to pick up my car before I would leave. I was very frustrated. Fortunately, I found Specialty Mobile Systems. The person I called at Specialty Mobile Systems, Inc. was Dee. She is very helpful, very nice and very professional. She checked their system and found out an available carrier who could pick up my car in a few days, and told me the exact pick-up date before I decide to place the order. This is amazing! No other company can do this for me, but Specialty Mobile Systems made it! So I placed the order without any hesitation. Then everything was smooth, the pick-up and delivery was on time, the people are very nice and professional. My car was safely shipped to CA. I really appreciate their great service!
