Dealing with company representives while making the reservation was terrific. Amy was great! The "pick up" experience was also handled well and efficiently. The reason I would not use this company angain is directly related to the "drop off" phase of this delivery. They were one full day late with the deliver and did not communicate at all while the car was in route. Also, I found the delivery couple to be rude and unprofessional when asked about why the delivery was late.
