before I decided on what company to go with I read a lot of these reviews. However I was not sure if these reviews are for real, ie complaints discarded and only the positive views posted. I decided to call the brokers directly and then I relied on my own gut feeling. I talked to Amy several times, and felt like I was treated properly. phone calls was answered promptly and fully. I checked with BBB and SMS was the company I decided to go with.
I had to have my car in New Jersey by a certain date and I was given a date by which my car had to be picked up to meet my dead line. The car was picked up within minutes of the promised time, and the car was delivered on time. Car arrived in same condition as it left.
