Overall pretty smooth process

I chose Specialty Mobile based on their high online review scores. They delivered on their promise. The only hiccup was that the driver (not a Specialty Mobile employee) had to drop off a vehicle that wouldn't start and he had to call a tow truck. So my car was picked up about 6 hours later than originally scheduled.

The only feedback I would give is that the customer service agents told me it was okay to transport stuff in the trunk and back seat, but the transport company driver said it actually wasn't okay and warned me of the risk of the vehicle getting searched. In the end, my stuff made it across the country just fine, but beware of the differing information that you might get.
