As always with open transports, the car had some dead bugs on it, and for seven days on the road it was pretty clean, perhaps a light dust. I was overly impressed with the customer service and honesty. The truck was a little late to pick up my car, however i was notified several times by the contracted company and the driver on the status of the pick up. Unexplainable things happen, therefore i cant hold it against them for being late. I would defenitely choose this company again. and i would prefer the contracted company to be Ideal Express.
