3000 Mile Move in a Hurry

I am in the military and I was trying to move my custom vehicle across the United States. I first chose a enclosed transport with another carrier they waisted my time for about a week and a half. I never received promised phone calls back from them and I was running out of time. I waisted a full week and a few days on these people. I even switched to ship on an open carier to be faster and they continued with excuses on why they could not get it shipped in time. So I checked the review pages where I found SMS which they have the best rating. I wasnt sure if they could meet my deadline or not but I tried them. On the evening of Dec 13 I put in a request and I receivd a phone call about an hour and half later. SMS called me and said they will work on it and see what they can do. The shipping date that I wanted was the 16 of DEC. Well at this point I am very nervous that it will not get shipped and it will delay me driving across the states and provide more hassles for me. I was out buying some things I needed for my trip and I get a phone call from SMS on 15 Dec at 430pm asking me if they can move my truck that same night. I told them I will get it ready but I needed until 10pm they called the driver and called me right back said that works perfect. Then about 930 the driver called me I met him at the best location to load of my vehicle and was done within 5 min. I gave the driver my number and the truck driver called me when he made it to my destination but I was still enroute but he explained everything was fine and to take my time and be safe getting there he said he had no problem waiting. Well once I arrived I called the driver 2 days later and we set it up a drop time and day and he arrrived on time and delivered my truck which was a quick smooth transaction and needless to say my customize vehicle made it with no damage at all. So I did not need to file any claims. SMS was excellent and was able to make up the loss time the other company waisted. Even though it was a day earlier I can not ask for anything esle everyhting worked out perfect. If I have to move again I will call SMS first but this time I will ship all of my vehicles through them and fly across the US. Thanks again SMS and Nugget Transport who did an excellent job.
