We were quite impressed with the service we received from Specialty Mobile Systems. We were very weary of auto transporters having heard all of the horror stories from others of how some transporters promise the world but do not deliver what they say they will. Specialty Mobile is the exception.

We scheduled our vehicles to be picked up quite close to the Christmas holiday (12/9) and told them we were nervous as we have never moved any vehicles this way, much less cross country leaving New Jersey and moving to Oregon. Most drivers of auto transporters want to be home with their families and not be working around the Christmas holiday so this made scheduling the transport even more challenging.

On 12/15 we moved and flew with our cats to Oregon from New Jersey leaving the cars behind to be picked up from our Realtors home, whom had said she would see to it that the cars get shipped. On 12/16 we received a call from Jason at Specialty Mobile Systems who said a Driver would be contacting us for pickup within the next two days. He called the next day and picked up the vehicle the on 12/20 delivering the vehicle on 12/26. For delivering two SUV's the price was very reasonable. Over all service was outstanding and customer service was very friendly and understanding with our concerns as "first time" shippers.

We would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to transport. ***** = Great Job!
