The reservation process was quick and customer service rep seemed knowlegeable. Price was moderate, considering increase in gas prices and miitary discount. However, there was initial difficulty with dispatch and someone picking up this contract for approx. 2 weeks. Consequently, I cancelled contract and the next morning, I was contacted with driver info.

The driver was courteous when contacted and very accomodating to make arrangements for pickup on a military base. Despite the slow start, I will likely give this company another try in the future, since they did contact me to try and make it all good. Although I was upset, I did appreciate their continued efforts, as I would have had to start my transportation process all over again.
