Specialty Mobile was always very courteous and willing to help. My car arrived safely. I was a pretty hands-off customer: i believe i only called them two or three times total during the whole process and spoke directly with the shipper to coordinate pickup. From my few interactions though, they were very friendly and helpful. I will say that i was hoping by going with someone who costs a couple hundred dollars more than everyone else, i was hoping that my car might arrive a little faster. My car took 2 weeks to get across the country: the pickup was 4 days after my date then it took just over a week to be delivered to me. Of course, this is no complaint as i fully understand that you can never tell with auto shipping, but i was told that some cars (especially ones going the common routes like east-west) even made it across in 7-8 days, so that's what i had been hoping for, as it's crippling to be without a car while you are trying to move into a new apartment. I have no complaints about Specialty Mobile and would definitely recommend them as I did not have any problems. However, i did note that my pickup date was changed (shipper came 2 days after the day i was told, and he insisted he had never told specialty mobile another date yet i still had the voicemail recording with what i was told--seems like it was probably a miscommunication somewhere), and then my dropoff date was also changed to a day or 2 later, but again.. i think that's just how car shipment goes--you have to be flexible and there's not much you can do about it!
