Specialty Motors has top-notch service and fast response times. I originally contracted with another transport company in June to have my vehicle picked up around the end of the month. I sat and waited for them for 2 wks, and no phone call, nothing. I then went to another company (Cross Country Auto) that had me pay $200 extra for expedited service, well, they were the worse out of them all! I waited for 4 wks and nothing, no car, no calls! The customer service was hard to get a hold of and their attitude was very unprofessional. At this point, I was beginning to think that all auto transport companies were all the same, but boy was I wrong! I found auto-transport review and saw that Specialty Motors was rated high. By this time, they were all the same and I was prepared to wait another 4 wks, and rude service, but they were very kind, professional and honest! The service rep called me promptly and my car was picked up as specified within 4 days from my original call and b/c I had been burned by other coompanies, she didn't charge me the deposit until my car had been booked w/a carrier! Look no more for auto transports companies than Specialty Motors! They are the best and HONEST! Thanks Specialty Motors for making my first auto transport experience a pleasant one!
