The speed and efficiency for this transaction was outstanding. Specialty Transport contacted me to arrange pickup within a day of placing the order (thank you Dee)! The payment options made it easy to conduct the transaction with minimal effort on my part.
A slight timing snafu with the pickup prevents this from being a 5 star review as I had to drive to the pickup. Despite this inconvenience, everything else went very smoothly.
The car was picked up 4 days after the order was placed, well within the window STS communicates to the customer. The car was then dropped off (in perfect condition) in CA one week to the day after pickup.
Make no mistake about transporting your vehicle...Specialty Transport is a clear leader in the field and excels in customer service.
