This carrier was suppose to be picking up this car friday the 3rd. He said he'd call the seller thursday to give him a timing. Friday the seller called me to let me know the driver never called. I called the driver and was told he'd be there between 4-6 pm friday. I let the seller know. The seller called me friday night to inform me the driver didn't get there at the time and wanted to get there between 8-8:30 pm. The seller being it was a holiday weekend told him that wouldn't work and he would bring the car on a flatbed to an exit on 295 saturday between 8-8:30 am. When he got there the driver had unloaded a car to put my classic car on top. When he tried to raise the ramp it broke. The seller took the other car on his flatbed and had this driver follow him to a place he called to see if the guy could look at and repair the problem.The seller gave me this info not the driver. I called the driver for an update and he said the car would be there wednesday. It then got posted as in route. Monday morning The driver called to inform me he was still in maine and that the parts he needs might be there tuesday sometime. He then said the delivery would be thursday or friday maybe saturday. This is a classic car sitting up on a trailer exposed to the weather. I called the broker to inform him about the situation and he called the driver who blamed the whole thing on the seller not allowing him to pick up the car late. This drivers lack of communication is appalling. Here I am thinking the car is on it's way and would be here wednesday so took the day off. Only to find 2 days later that in fact it wouldn't be here for a week. The driver and the broker had words and the driver called the seller to come get the car off his truck without informing me first. What's with that. this company is the worst hauler I have ever delt with and will never recommend him to anyone.
