Worst Company Ever

This transport company was assigned by Montway to ship our vehicle due to a military PCS. The company called to ask if they could drop the vehicle off a day earlier (25 Feb), in which we agreed and shifted our plans around. We then called since it was after 4pm the day of arrival and hadn’t heard anything. My husband called the customer service line and after several minutes of waiting in the queue, he was then sent to voicemail. After several other attempts, the line just hung up on him. Neither the driver, nor company answerd our calls and this was after the driver texted that he would call us back and never did. We continued for several hours to reach someone since it was now dark and going past 7pm. The “owner” (they never stated their name) finally called stating that the vehicle would arrive the following day instead. After my husband inquired why no one called earlier to inform us or answer our calls, the company owner then began yelling at him and laughing at our legitimate concerns and questions. This company has been highly unprofessional, lacks follow up, lacks follow through, and lacks customer support.
