There was no communication at all. I had no contact information and no indication when my car would be delivered. When my car was supposed the be delivered, they said they would be at my place in 10 min. 4 hours later they tried to have me drive to some remote location at 11:15 pm to get the car they said would be delivered to my location. I couldn't make arrangement in the middle of the night so they said they would deliver at 4:30 IN THE MORNING! I get up at 4 am and wait for a phone call. Nothing. I try calling all the numbers that have called me and I get nothing. The don't even have their voicemail set up. Their dispatch lady was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I must have tried calling her a dozen times and I got no response. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
