My car was scheduled to be picked up on july 3rd and delivered on july 7th. The driver told me that he would call the seller thursday the 2nd to give him a time. First problem - the driver never called seller. The seller called me friday morning saying the driver never called. I called the driver and he told me between 4-6 pm that day. I notified the seller. The seller called me that night telling me the driver called and wouldn't be able to get there till 8-8:30 pm. The seller couldn't wait that long and arranged with the driver to meet him on rt 295 with the car on his flatbed at 8:30 saturday morning. Which he did. The driver unloaded a car and put my car on. Then when he tried to raise the ramp it stopped. The seller loaded the drivers other car on his flat bed and had the hauler follow him to a place he called that said they would show up to look and try to fix his hydraulics. That was the last I heard. Then I got a mail saying the car was on it's way. Monday morning I get a call from the driver that the truck is still down and he ordered the part which might be there sometime tuesday and that he would then be delivering the car either thursday or friday saturday the latest. I called the broker to inform him of the situation and the broker called the trucker. I guess they had words and the driver called me and told me that he had called the seller to get my piece of crap off his truck and that I was being inconsiderate of the problems he was having since friday with the added expenses and that I should pay more for the haul. First of all how dare he call the seller to have the car removed without talking it over with me first. This guy has not kept me informed at all to what is going on just keeps me guessing what is happening and blames everyone else for his misfortune. Meanwhile the car is a classic sitting in a parking lot exposed to the weather.Was very rude over the phone with me. I could never recommend this carrier to anyone .
