Very Satisfiied Even with 24-Day Delivery!

Following a nasty experience with a transport broker, and having to increase my bid to attract carriers, this company picked up my contract and we settled on $1050. James, the Route Manager and driver, called me on February 21st to confirm he would be picking up my Pilot on the 22nd and expected delivery to follow in four days. About four days into the trip, James called to to report the first of two catastrophic break-downs with his truck; both requiring his return to Texas for a second truck. After having a full motor replacement in Colorado, and spending gawd knows what on storage fees for his trailer with my vehicle and others, James headed north, only to encounter winter roads. James kept me constantly apprised of these problems with texts and even photos of my vehicle!

After 24 days he delivered my vehicle safely in Port Angeles. The battery was dead on my Pilot as the dealership in Texas left the rear dome light on, James the Professional, managed to get the vehicle off the trailer, jump start and had it running for me upon arrival. And it ends on even a better note....James insisted that he absorb any additional costs I incurred due to the delivery delays! As I had to purchase two binder insurance policies to cover those days for total of $150, he took that amount off the initial fee. So this transport cost me only $900!

Smart Zone Transport did not make any money whatsoever off my contract. Despite severe challenges, James and this company delivered. He could have abandoned me as he was not yet paid for the contract, but he didn't. They are an ethical, professional and friendly company. PLEASE PUT YOUR MIND AT EASE... HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!
