Small scratch seen on delivery and noted on bill of lading. Subsequently a photo showing the damage was sent to the shipper. They are stonewalling paying for the damage, even though the damage is clear and was noted immediately upon delivery.

One thing you have forgotten was that you received a check from our company to reimburse with check number 1116 on 11/16/2010
