In my proffesion as an Auto Wholesaler, I was tired of the miscommunication and lack of customer service I was receiving from the current transport companies I was using, some of which are well known in this industry. I needed to move 3 vehicles from the Bay Area to Illinois. I submitted an online quote request and received several responses ranging from $2500-$3000 for the 3 units. As a bargain hunter I started with the lowest quote and worked my way up. After speaking with several of the companies, I felt most comfortable with Silva Auto Transport's customer service. Silva was not the lowest quote I received but they offer a money back guarantee, (hey I had nothing to lose). Silva let me know to check out their website which has a copy of their terms and conditions for me to read and ask questions on before committing to a contract. I liked the fact they had nothing to hide. Everything looked good so I went for it and signed up. The cars were picked up and delivered to my customers in the time frame given by Silva Auto Transport. I have referred Silva Auto Transport to some fellow wholesalers as well as dealerships since my experience with them. Definitely TWO THUMBS UP for this comapny!!!
