Contacted Silva Auto Transport December 9th 2008 for shipping my motorcycle to New Hampshire. Quoted $700. I followed up on April 28,02009 and paid $200 deposit. That was the last I heard from them. I have called them more than 5 times and have sent email to their site. Received an email 06/10/2009 which asked, "Where is your motorcycle going from and too?" That was the email. They had no clue as to what was happening. They were to pick up on June 12th. I took four hours on the internet and telephone and found another carrier that is helping me. This would have ruined my vacation that was planned for over a year. THANKS SILVA. Next time I will check the internet before sending $$ to a dead beat company like this one. Fortunately I paid the $200 via credit card and the CC company will refund.
