On Friday May 16,2009 I contacted Silva Auto Transport to bring a 1979 Trans AM from Oklahoma to Florida. They said it would cost $550.00 and they could pick it up by Tuesday the 19th of May. On Thurday I caledl them and they said the truck was having trouble and that it would pick it up on Friday the 22nd. When it was not pick up I called them and emailed them with no answer till Tuesday the 26th. They said the truck was still having trouble and that it would be pick up by Friday the 29th. They never made any effort to inform me of the situation. I cancelled my order and they kept a $50.00 service fee ( BIG RIP OFF ). I had read some of the reviews but did not take them seriously, my mistake! I hope this helps anybody looking to do business with this company. Please feel free to contact me. I have hired a new shipper and got my car within week.
