I placed an order with Silva Auto Transport and gave my credit card for a deposit. This Entire transaction was mad on november 21 of 2008. today is march 8 of 2009 and i still have yet to have the vehicle picked up or a single phone call saying what the delay is. i'm paying $45 a month for storage and have now paid more than it was supposed to cost to ship it in just rent. good quote, but that's IT! nothing else. i've called this company i would say no less than 75 times. They say the squeeky wheel gets the grease right? i dont think they no what the wheel is, where it's at or what to do with the grease. this company absolutely sucks. i tried to be patient and just solve this with phone calls, but now i have to try to despute the $200 charge for a deposit. i thought they went out of business. i tried way to many times to contact this company with no luck what so ever. i left message 80% of the time, i also called from different numbers thinking they were blocking my number some how. any ways, i hope they havent gone out of business so that i can get my money back. i'm half tempted to take them to small claims for the amount i've had to pay just for the vehicle sitting where it's at. oh well. live and learn. next time, i'll check the reviews, just like i hope the people that read this are, so that they can avoid this scamming no good company.
