I was given an e-mail that stated $500.00 on an enclosed trailer. Over two weeks have past since I gave them my card number to pick up the cycle. They never followed up with me but they made sure to charge my card the very next day. Its to bad they don't have the same type of service as they do with applying charges. Since I couldn't ever get an e-mail or contact anyone by phone I rented a trailer and went and picked up the vehicle myself after waiting two weeks with zero contact. While I was traveling I was still trying to contact them. No answer at all while I was traveling 750 miles to pick the cycle up myself. I left them a message that I was in route to pick up the cycle myself. I still never received an e-mail or call. This company low balls the bid(s) puts it out on the load tendering sit (maybe if ever done at all). You get fed up with the no contact and very poor service. You the customer finds another source to pick up the vehicle and they make $50.00 for doing nothing!!! Stay away from this company!! They have a couple of very good looking websites. Remember anyone can get one of these!!! I work in the automotive business. This is the most worthless company I have ever tried to deal with!!!
