My nightmare

I placed an order for pickup on a monday and was guaranteed pickup that day. I told Mike, "Showtime Auto Transport Inc," also said he was the dispatch manager, my vehicle needed to be at the port of Long Beach, CA. no later than 0300 on that tuesday, due to Wednesday being a holiday. My vehicle was being shipped from Long Beach to Honolulu via Matson. At the time, I felt confident that he would follow through with this. Mike took my money and said he would call me right back and tell me the name of the driver that would pickup my vehicle in San Diego and take it to Long Beach (about 1 1/2 drive). Mike never called me back. In-fact he has never called me back. I spoke with another girl who worked with him and she told me that he left for the evening. She then placed the order for him. Finally, I get a hold of mike after several failed attempts, and he told me, with an attitude, that my vehicle would be picked up on tuesday mourning. Again he said it would make it to the port on time. Mike said he would call the dealer I purchased the car from and arrange pickup, and then call me back. That never happen. And after more and more attempts to call Mike, he finally answered the phone. He told me that my car would not be there until Wednesday. I explained to mike that the cutoff date is tuesday because of the holiday, and he said he would call me back. Again he never called me back. Again, I finally got a hold of him and told him that I needed a straight answer from him, if my car would be picked up or not. I also asked mike for the driver name and contact number. Mike told me he never gives out the driver information. I told mike if my vehicle would not be picked up I would need to call someone else to transport it ASAP. Mike then stated "well, your not F...ing going to get your money back! Mike began yelling at me saying "you signed the F...ing contract." I tried to calmly explain to mike that I was not concerned about the money right now, I just wanted to make sure my vehicle got to the port. Mike then stated " O Well." and then hung up the phone on me. I then called and asked to speak with a manager and a lady who sounded nice told me she would look into it and call me right back. Well, she never called me back. When I called her back she said she was working on it and "would let me know." She never called me back and I had to pay another company to transport my car. This was horrible and I only wish I could do something about it. I lost a lot of money for a service I never received. They pocketed everything for doing NOTHING!

This customer thought this was a taxi service. Lets face the facts auto transporters can transport at most 8-9 cars. You wanted too have the vehicle expedited at no extra fee. and FYI matson leaves two times a week and we have all the proof of dispatch and reservation at matson to anyones request. Thank You
