I signed contract for transport of 2000 toyota camry from Phila., PA to Atlanta, Ga for $475. Conrad promised pick up date of Fri.,3/31/12. I called that day to confirm pick up and Conrad informed me that the driver would get car at 2pm. Needless to say, pick up never occurred. After several calls, Conrad asked me to pay $125 more and he could guarantee pick up. I refused because I already had an agreement with the company. By Monday, I contacted another company, Pacific Lines Logistics, that came and picked up my car that day. I cancelled order with Showtime and I'm still waiting for refund, 3 months later. They give you the "run around" just to get your money back. Do not use this company!
