I had a car shipped from Arlington, VA to OKC in June 2009. I used shipmyvehicle.com. Please be aware THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BETTER BUSINESS BURU ACCREDITED. The driver did not show-up to pick-up the vehicle until 10:00 PM. Once it was delivered to OKC there were a few things that were not right.
First, the driver said that it was going to cost an additional $150.00 over what was actually quoted.
Second, because it is a Porsche Boxster it has a rear spoiler that automatically deploys when the car is driven over 70 MPH. When the car came of the tailor the spoiler was deployed; meaning that someone took my car for a joy ride and did not know how to put the spoiler down.
Third, The car was strapped down to the trailer from the underside jack mount. It was strapped down so tight that it actually ripped half of it off of the undercarriage. I had to have this re-welded back to the chaise. This is not so easy; you have to find someone that can weld Aluminum.
