Will never work with them again

Jason quoted me $1050, and then took $50 dollars off because of my AAA membership. This seemed great! If it had happened... I called a month before I needed my car shipped and Jason said he would immediately put my listing up so that we could get fast results. Well, 3 weeks went by and no call from him, no e-mail, nothing. So I called knowing my car needed to be picked up the next week and he said he didn't have any drivers yet who would pick up my car. He said he would "try something else" and would call me back later that morning. No call. So I called him at the end of the business day and he said he had no luck and would keep trying. The week my car needed to be picked up, Jason never called me. I called him every morning for 3 days and he said there wasn't any truck yet and that he was going to "try something" to see if he could get one and then would call me back. He never called back, and I so I would have to call him at the end of the day and just hear him say that there was no luck. The night before my car should have been picked up, I called him and got the same response. (I know I should have switched but other companies I checked were going to charge me an extra couple hundred dollars b/c it was a short-notice pick-up). 15 minutes after that phone conversation Jason called back and said he found a driver (convenient) and it was going to be $200 extra dollars because the driver wanted more. I couldn't even negotiate because I needed the car picked up the next day. After saying yes, the driver contacted me the next day and said he would come that night or the following morning. About 6 hours later the driver called again and said he would come the next morning between 8am and 9am. After he took the car, I got his phone number and called to see if he was going to make the delivery date needed. He confirmed the delivery date and said he would be there between 2pm and 6pm. I asked if he could give me a smaller time frame and he wouldn't but said he would call when he was an hour away from the drop-off. The next day, I called him at 5pm and he said it would be another 2-3 hours. At 8pm he dropped off my car. It was in good condition and no damage was done, but it was a terribly frustrating process to get it. I'll never go back to Ship4U Inc and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I explained that the price she was requesting me to posting it for was lower than what the drivers would accept from the beginning. I also explained that on that route the driver would most like book the spot inside of 3 days from the pick up date, but since the drivers start planning their trips in advance it is always good to book ahead of time. The $1200 dollars that she paid in the end was the price that I told her was the going rate for that route, and we originally tried to get her a lower price but that price was not accepted by a carrier. In the end she got the vehicle moved for the dates she needed at the lowest rate possible. I do apologize that the process did not go as smoothly as it usually does here at Ship4U.
