My vehicle was not picked-up for over a week from the first available date. I was out of country too, so I did not have the opportunity call back and check. However, when I returned after a week, I was told that carriers were not responding for the quoted price ($1095). I was asked if I am ready to increase the price to $1300. I said I will consider other options as well and then get back. The next day i got a call from Honesty First saying there was a carrier around Columbia that day and he would pick up the vehicle for $1250. I was not happy about the price increase, so Honesty First offered to reduce their brokerage from 195 to 150$. I decided to take the offer. So my car was shipped for a total of $1200 from Columbia, SC to Mountain View, CA. The rest of the shipping process went smooth. My car was delivered at my door safe and on time.
