Although everything worked out fine in the end, we did find communications difficult at times....lots of telephone tag. It would also have been nice to have known the exact date of pickup much further in advance. We learned on Friday that the car was to be picked up at noon on Monday. Not much time to plan. Transport company (Urgent) was excellent and most cooperative and communicative.
