Honesty First was great; the trucking company customer service could be improved

My only feedback is that from a business standpoint, the trucking company that Honesty First selected to transport my vehicle was quick to tell us a very optimistic timeframe for delivery that, when it didn't happen, set us up for disappointment. Also, we had to initiate communication, as they were not on top of keeping us informed. This happened on a number of occasions. The car was picked up on a Sunday and they told us that we would have it on the following Tuesday. On Tuesday, I called because we hadn't heard from them and they said it will come on Wednesday. We called on Wednesday, again because we hadn't heard anything and were told we would get it that evening or Thursday morning. Thursday came, and I called again. They said Thursday evening, which finally happened.

Honesty First was great in their response time and communication with us. We anticipated some issues as all transport companies clearly state that all estimates are just that - estimates, but if the actual trucking company was a bit more conservative in their estimates of delivery then clients would be happily surprised if it arrived early and not disappointed by continual delays.
