This was the first time I had a car transported. I had a large number of bids and used reviews and what I could find online to choose the broker. I spoke with Jennifer Kenyon, from Honest First Auto Transport, several times. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient with my many questions and conerns. She was prompt to answer my phone calls and e-mails. The information she provided was correct, and the car was picked up and delivered at the times she specified.

The driver that transported my car was Jason, from Pro Express. I had asked Jennifer about the company and she relayed that they had received many positive comments from clients about this company.

I spoke with Jason several times enroute. He answered my phone calls right away, and was polite and helpful. He delivered the car in very good condition on the day they had quoted.

Overall, this experience was excellent. I could not have asked for better people to work with, and they did exactly what they had promised. I would recommend Honesty First to anyone needing a car transported, and hope that he/she will be fortunate enough to have it transported by Jason at Pro Express.
