My experience with the mover was very, very satisfying. I was kept informed from the time I was notified of the carriers identify until the time of pick up. The driver of the car hauler called me on several occasions to let me know his progress and exactly when he would be on site to pick up the vehicle. I was especially appreciative of the facts and helpful suggestions of the Honesty First representative concerning the transport industries practices and things to be aware of, both good and not so good. This was very helpful in choosing the company I wanted to go with.
When the driver did arrive, he told me approximately when the vehicle would arrive at its destination. He delivered almost exactly the time he estimated he would.
He inspected the vehicle I was sending to Kentucky very thoroughly in my presence and provided a copy of the inspection results to me. The car arrived at its destination with absolutely no damage whatsoever.
I was impressed with the driver's knowledge of the business. He had 12 years experience and seemed to enjoy his job. He was personable and enjoyable to talk to. I believe he really took pride in his work. He answered all my questions honestly and it was evident to me that he was sincere and above board.
I would most assuredly use the services of Choice Carriers again and those of Honesty First Auto Transport, Inc. They are both first rate in my book.
