I contacted Tom Miller on Feb 24, 2011 in an attempt to have my car transported from Illinois to Texas. By right I should have gone by my first mind and contacted another carrier. I say this because of the total lack of concern indicated in Tom's tone of voice and attitude but I was pushed for time so I proceeded on. I contacted Tom on several occasions after I arrived to Texas and was informed that there were still no takers for the bid he gave me at $600.00. He proceeded to inform me that if I upped my bid I would have a better chance for a pick-up. I upped my bid and phoned back the following day. Still with the same I really don't giva d___m attitude he informs me he still doesn't have a taker for my car. I believe the goal was to draw me in with a low cost for the transport and then make me continue to up the bid to some outlandish price. As of March 4th, I am still sitting here waiting on my car which to date is still sitting on the board waiting for a taker. I cancelled my order with Honesty First Auto Transport (WHAT A JOKE - HONESTY) and Mr. I Could Care Less and found another company that will have my car here in Texas in a few days. Never as long as there is breath in my body will I use or refeer anyone to this company!

SMH!

She's right. We really dropped the ball on her order. It was under-priced from the get-go, which may be why she took it. Tom was trying to correct that. Our motto is always 'Don't just go with the lowest price, EVEN IF IT'S OURS.' She is leaving out the part about her not being charged a penny though and also wrong about Tom. We all care. Heck, we don't get paid unless the car gets moved. Hope her experience helps you in your decision.
