Tom provided good and patient service from beginning to the end. He educated me on the basics of shipping a car and what to do and what not to do for different situations. He also was helpful is suggesting the appropriate amounts to submit for bidding. Though it turned out a little higher than what I would expect, the good service made up for the price. Note that the price quote is not always the final price but the recommended price. It depends on the season and availability of carriers. Tom was also helpful in providing the insurance for the carrier
