I was satisfied in how my car was handle from beginning to end. Tom Miller answered my questions in a properly manner and time. He was very honest that my time was sujected to change due to weather, which I was very clear about, but he was able to find a driver that match my exact dates.
There were no delays in phone calls and pickup/delivery.
