The two gentlemen who delivered my vehicle were outstanding. From the pick-up to the delivery they gave me great service. The owner of the company should have contacted me earlier. He did not call to give advanced notice that his two truckers were dropping off my vehicle early. The truckers called me 15 minutes before they arrived, near the end of the work day. I had to scramble to try and find $610 in cash, which any reasonably smart person never keeps on them for safety reasons. Because it was such short notice, I hit my maximum withdrawal limit for the day from the atm...tried to pay with Western Union which he gave me grief over. Eventually, I paid half in cash, half with check because of such short notice. Legitimately current business allows you to pay with credit, or debit online, not just cash money. Overall, the two delivery men made the process easier and were helpful, but the transporter needs an easier way to handle payments if they wish to have good reviews.

Sorry that the carriers early delivery made this one inconvenient, it's great that the carrier got it their so quickly, but they definitely should have given more notice. However, his issue with payment is something that we have no control over. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover and Paypal for our service fee, but as for carrier payments, ALL carriers require cash or certified funds on delivery. Again, we apologize that he was inconvenienced.
