I was shipping my car around the holiday weekend, and went with Honesty First Auto Transport because of the other reviews I read. I had used two other shipping companies before, had one good experience, one bad. HFAT was the second cheapest quote I received, and they seemed to be legit, so I gave them a call to follow up. They put my car's bid out on the wire on a Monday (before the holiday weekend) and I was contacted for a truck on Thursday, for availability later that day.

I had a good interaction with the shipper, although I was told the car wouldn't be shipping out of Texas until Saturday. Had I known, I would have requested holding onto my car for another day or two. However, I was happy to have it shipped before weekend, scheduled to arrive a few days after I did.

I received the car in CA on Tuesday. The truck diver had given me his cell phone number, and was happy to receive calls to check on his status. He even communicated occasionally by text. I was very lucky with a nice and competent driver.

Overall, I had a good experience.
